Ok guys and girls, we have some grass roots relationships with a few guilds that we know are 100% legit. We game with these people, and joke around with them. We have been to one anothers weddings and been mad at one another.
So to stregthen those bonds, I would purpose a contest between the guilds that Elysium are friendly with. The ideas are basic until we have a full guild count and everyone is happy with the ideas. So lets get started.
OUTLINE:
10 GUILD TEAMS, made up by 10 GUILD MATES (all of one guild) all with a buy in of 10 million mesos. URBANSHOCKER holds the funds as head ref.
Each team will select a captain who will be the only person I comunicate with, as to cut down on a million messages.
Once a team has been approved by ME (URBAN) they can pay the fee and will be entered into a spot. If someone knows of a guild who would like to play, they are welcome to ask, however preferance will be given to those guilds who has extended interactions with our guilds first.
ALL COMMUNICATIONS MUST GO THROUGH THE FORUMS!!! VIA A PUBLIC THREAD!!!!!
Once all 10 teams have been selected and I have the exact character name of all the players for all teams you can not SUB ANOTHER CHARACTER IN OR OUT PERIOD....If that perosn is MIA or has attitude, then your down that one player.
NOT ALL TESTS WILL BE MADE UP FOR THE HIGHEST LVL TEAM. some things will be very very very simple.
The contests will be given out the day of the event and will be handed out one after another as they are completed.
For each contest, there will be points given out for which ever place you finish in. 1st place will get 10 points, whereas 10th place will get 1 point. If in the event of a tie, both team receive the tied position points ( 2 teams timed for first, both teams get 10 points).
Each team will be given 3 passes per event, which are used if members leave the map for any reason, they may return. Once the captain has used his three passes, people who dc from the map must not re-enter.
The victor is the team who earns the most points after all of the events are finished.
If by some chance there is a tie at the end, then a special tie break event will be given where there is no chance of being another Tie.
Once the victor has won, they will receive all 100 mill mesos and will devide them as they seee fit.
Also for the first 4 teams that register, your guild also has the choice of selecting a judge, who will assist me in the events on goings. these people will not judge their own guilds events, and will be unbias for the remained of the events. They will help monitor the events, and will also be informed of the challanges as they happen. They ill be partied with me forthe entire event and are prohibited obviously from sharing information with their guild.
ANY CHATTING FROM A JUDGE TO A GUILD DURRING THE EVENT WILL KNOCK THEIR GUILD FROM THE GAMES.
The date and time have yet to be decided on, that will be picked once I tal kto al lof the team captains.
Again all rules and events will be given to each captain as they happen, and to the judges. with al lthe rules, and punishments if they are broken. I also tel lthe judges which games they are monitoring. The day of the event.
